Quad City CERT Scholarship 2023

The Quad City CERT scholarship is a $500 award given to one graduating senior from each of the four communities in the Quad City CERT area (Brooklyn Heights, Independence, Seven Hills and Valley View).

Eligibility: Any resident, graduating senior (educated in either public or private schools) who is furthering his or her education after graduation at a college, university or trade school.

Requirements: Complete the attached application below. Application must be fully completed and signed. Preference will be given to students who have demonstrated community service through volunteering and/or have a relative that is a trained member of Quad City CERT.

Deadline: Applications must be received by July 1, 2023

Notification: The presentation of the Quad City CERT Scholarship will take place at a time and location identified by your local school system.

Disbursement: Proof of attendance at an approved school must be submitted to the above address immediately following the end of the first quarter or semester. Disbursement will be made upon receipt of proof of attendance through the entire first quarter/semester.
